All Purpose Permanent  Ink is a fast drying, water resistant indelible ink that can be used on porous and non-porous surfaces. These surfaces include aluminum parts for the airline industry, mylar, vinyl, chrome, glass, plastic, metal, and PVC Piping. This product is perfect for stamping clothes, glossy paper or anything you need a permanent mark on. Ink is applied with a wooden handle stamp that uses a separate ink pad.

All Purpose Marking Kits include a 2 oz. bottle of quick dry ink, a dry ink pad, and a 2 oz. bottle of reconditioner. The reconditioner is a solvent used to rejuvenate the ink on the stamp pad if it becomes dried out or to clean the stamp pad after it is used.
